I’ve always loved harnessing the rapidly-evolving power of technology to solve problems and seize opportunities, and using those tools to help others succeed and thrive.
During a long career in software and customer service, I’ve enjoyed helping hundreds of organizations achieve success, from small charities to large international corporations.
The cornerstone of that career has always been customer satisfaction. It’s guided me in every role, from solving problems directly for clients to leading large teams.
So, when raising a family drove my decision to start a company of my own closer to home, these two things were naturally what it was set up to deliver.
